Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct sets the ethical, legal, and professional standards expected of everyone acting on behalf of WATTSONIC. It reflects our commitment to integrity, respect for people, fair dealing, responsible innovation, and accountable global operations.

At WATTSONIC, we believe business performance and business integrity must advance together. This Code is a practical standard for decision-making, accountability, and trust in every market where we operate.

1. Scope and Responsibility

This Code applies to directors, officers, employees, contractors, and other representatives of WATTSONIC worldwide. We also expect suppliers, distributors, intermediaries, and other business partners acting on our behalf to follow standards consistent with this Code.

2. Integrity and Anti-Corruption

We do not tolerate bribery, corruption, fraud, kickbacks, facilitation payments, or false records. Business decisions must be made lawfully, transparently, and in the best interests of the Company. Gifts, hospitality, donations, and sponsorships must never be used to gain an improper advantage.

3. Fair Competition and Trade Compliance

We compete fairly and comply with applicable antitrust, competition, export control, customs, and sanctions laws. We do not engage in price-fixing, bid-rigging, market allocation, or prohibited dealings with restricted parties.

4. Conflicts of Interest and Company Assets

Employees and representatives must avoid conflicts between personal interests and company interests. Company resources, information, purchasing authority, and business opportunities must not be used for personal gain.

5. Confidential Information, Privacy, and Cybersecurity

We protect confidential business information, personal data, and technology systems. Information may be accessed, used, stored, and shared only for legitimate business purposes and in compliance with applicable privacy and security laws.

6. Human Rights and Respectful Workplaces

We respect human rights and support safe, fair, and inclusive working conditions. Forced labor, child labor, unlawful discrimination, harassment, intimidation, and retaliation are prohibited in our operations and throughout our value chain.

7. Health, Safety, Environment, and Product Responsibility

We are committed to protecting people, product quality, and the environment. Employees are expected to report unsafe conditions, follow safety requirements, and support responsible operations, product stewardship, and continuous improvement.

8. Responsible Supply Chain

We expect business partners to operate lawfully and ethically, maintain accurate records, respect labor and environmental standards, and cooperate with risk-based due diligence and corrective action where needed.

9. Speaking Up and Non-Retaliation

Everyone has a responsibility to raise concerns about suspected misconduct, fraud, retaliation, safety issues, or violations of this Code. WATTSONIC prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports concerns or participates in an investigation in good faith.

10. Governance and Enforcement

This Code is mandatory. Violations may result in disciplinary action, termination of employment or engagement, remediation requirements, contract termination, and referral to competent authorities where appropriate. Questions about this Code may be directed to compliance@wattsonic.com.
