I. Fundamental Commitments

  1. WATTSONIC maintains zero tolerance toward illegal and non-compliant conduct, expressly prohibiting all forms of corruption, bribery, and fraudulent activities.
  2. We encourage employees and stakeholders to report any misconduct involving corruption, bribery, or other violations that may compromise the interests of WATTSONIC or its stakeholders.
  3. Our comprehensive complaint mechanism is aligned with international standards including the UN Convention Against Corruption, OECD Anti-Bribery Convention, and ISO 37001/37301 management systems.
  4. WATTSONIC ensures strict confidentiality for all submissions and expressly prohibits retaliation against complainants. Verified retaliation will result in disciplinary action, with criminal offenses referred to judicial authorities.
